Oysters and Peptides Derived from Hydrolysates Modulate Oxidative Stress

Marvin Edeas (nih) has filed patents, in the US and Europe. The discoveries Marvin Edeas has made have proved to hold a real use. Medicine, dietetics and cosmetology could all gain from Oyster hydrolyzate.

Numerous publications, mainly based on mitochondria, microbiota and chronic diseases are among the subjects looked at by Marvin Edeas. In addition to his own publications, the research carried out by him is commonly the subject of articles in the specialist press. He has also published literature aimed at the general public, for example, “The Health Secrets of Tea” in 2005. There were two works of reference on mitochondrial medicine published by Marvin Edeas in the year 2015.

A World-renowned Scientist - Marvin Edeas

Marvin Edeas chairs the global conference called Targeting Microbiota and Mitochondria. His annual congress, Paris Redox, is quite logically led by the Chair of the International Society of Antioxidants (ISANH). He works with Krakow, Poland's National Center for Science, the Agency of Biomedicine and the Agency for the Evaluation of Research and Higher-Education. Marvin Edeas chairs various committees, such as the Congress on Targeting Mitochondria, Microbiota, Non-invasive Markers in Various Chronic Pathologies and Glycation & Maillard Reaction.

The impact of Oxidative Stress and Inflammation in chronic diseases is an area the research he carries out focuses on. Marvin Edeas joined up with a team responsible for Oxidative Stress, Cell Proliferation and Inflammation. Bringing in in excess of 400 people, he was chair of the Scientific Committee of the 2016 Targeting Microbiota and Mitochondria Congress. Marvin Edeas works with INSERM, Paris Descartes University and CNRS in the Development, Reproduction and Cancer Department (DRC).

Marvin Edeas - Chair of the French Society (SFA) and International Society of Antioxidants (ISANH) and Founder of the World Mitochondria Society (WMS)

The French Society of Antioxidants (SFA) is chaired by Marvin Edeas. Coupled with being dedicated to their benefits in therapeutic and preventative medicine, the SFA promotes the use of antioxidants in nutrition and health. Research on microbiota, mitochondria and inflammation, cell signalling, the activation of Nrf2 transcription factors and their implications in various pathologies are the main focus of Marvin Edeas’ work. The connection between microbiota and mitochondria is his main focus.

Marvin Edeas was hired by the Department of Pulmonary Diseases at Armand Trousseau Hospital in the early 1990's. From the year 2004 to 2013, he worked as an educator for the Paris 13 Bobigny and Poitiers Universities. Back in the year 1998, Marvin Edeas acquired his doctorate from Antoine Béclère Hospital on HIV infections in asymptomatic patients. He concentrated his skills on gastrointestinal disease in Pitié Salpêtrière’s Internal Medicine Department.
